(1) If the person who commits an offense under this Act is an organized organization or company, unless he can prove that he did not know that the offense was committed or that he tried his best to prevent the offense. (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if it is proved that the offense committed by any organized organization or company was due to the willful or negligent action of the director, manager or any other officer of such organized organization or company, such director, manager or officer shall also be punished in accordance with this Act. will be punished.
